Use of the Platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. bj111 does not permit persons under the age of 21 to register or use any service on the Platform under any circumstances.

• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.

bj111 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

To access the betting and gaming services on the Platform, you must register a single Account by providing accurate, complete, and current personal information as prompted during the registration process. You are required to provide at minimum your full legal name, date of birth, a valid email address, and a mobile number registered in Bangladesh.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform. The opening of duplicate or multiple Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. bj111 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where such access arises from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

bj111 is committed to operating a safe and compliant platform. As part of this commitment, all players are required to complete identity verification (KYC) before their first withdrawal is processed. KYC may also be initiated at bj111's discretion at any point during the lifetime of an Account.

The KYC process requires you to submit clear copies of the following documents:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of your registered mobile number or email address, as applicable.

All financial transactions on the Platform are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bj111 does not impose currency conversion charges; all deposits and withdrawals are processed at face value in BDT.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits are accepted via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Deposits are typically credited to your Account within seconds of confirmation by the relevant payment provider. bj111 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. Withdrawal requests submitted during business hours are typically processed within one to three hours; requests submitted outside business hours may take longer. Withdrawals are subject to completed KYC verification.

bj111 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms & Conditions. In such cases, bj111 may require additional documentation before releasing funds.

bj111 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback, reload promotions, and other incentive programmes to players. All such offers are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the promotion, which supplement and should be read alongside these Terms & Conditions.

Unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise, the following general bonus conditions apply:

• Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum of the number of times stated in the offer before any associated winnings can be converted to withdrawable funds.
• Bonuses are valid for the period stated in the offer. Unused bonus funds will expire at the end of the validity period.
• Bonuses are issued for personal use only and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to another player.
• bj111 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time prior to it being claimed, and to modify the terms of an ongoing promotion by providing reasonable notice to affected players.
• Where a player attempts to exploit a bonus offer through the use of multiple Accounts, bet hedging, low-risk wagering strategies, or any other means intended to circumvent wagering requirements, bj111 may void the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

Players must opt in to promotions where required. Retrospective application of bonus terms to bets placed before a bonus was claimed is not permitted.

All sports bets placed on the Platform are governed by the bj111 Sportsbook Rules, which are published separately on the Platform and incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. All casino games are governed by the rules of the individual game as provided by the relevant game supplier (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi, among others).

bj111 makes every effort to ensure that sports odds and game outcomes are generated fairly and accurately. In the event of a technical error, systems failure, or manifest error in the display of odds or game outcomes, bj111 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the relevant stake to the player's Account Balance. bj111's decision in such matters is final.

For cricket markets, settlement of bets is based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, BCCI, or equivalent). In the event of a match being abandoned, reduced, or voided by the governing body, bj111 will apply the settlement rules as set out in the Sportsbook Rules.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to the relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account on the Platform, whether under your own name or a false identity.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or the KYC process.
• Using the Platform while under the age of 21.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, including chip dumping in poker or any equivalent activity in live casino games.

• Using the Platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.

All intellectual property on the Platform, including but not limited to the bj111 brand name and logo, website design, software, text, images, graphics, and game content, is owned by or licensed to bj111 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming and betting purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the express prior written consent of bj111.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bj111 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of funds resulting from system downtime, payment processing delays, or third-party provider failures.

bj111 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty, express or implied, as to its uninterrupted availability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or freedom from error. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable for scheduled maintenance, emergency maintenance, or reasons outside bj111's control.

In no event shall bj111's total aggregate liability to any player exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bj111 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close an Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to do so, including but not limited to:

• Suspected breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Failure to satisfactorily complete the KYC process within a reasonable time.
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the Account holder.
• A request from a regulatory or law enforcement authority.
• Prolonged Account inactivity as defined in the cashier policy.

Upon closure of an Account for reasons other than breach of these Terms & Conditions, any remaining real-money Balance will be returned to the player via the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to completed KYC and applicable processing timeframes. Bonus Funds are not withdrawable upon Account closure.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the Platform.

In the event of a dispute between you and bj111, you should contact bj111 customer support in the first instance. bj111 will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes informally within a reasonable timeframe. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties may agree to refer the matter to an appropriate dispute resolution mechanism.

bj111's decisions in relation to the settlement of bets, the outcome of games, and the application of bonus terms are final and binding, subject only to manifest error.
